Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification criteria:
- Master’s degree in:
- Engineering Management
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Quality Management
- Any related field
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or any other relevant engineering discipline
Required Knowledge and Skills
Candidates should have strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Quality Management Systems:
- ISO 9001
- Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
- Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (ISO 45001)
- Organizational development and HR management to build a strong quality culture
- Quality-related digital tools and data analytics, including:
- ERP / QMS software
- Power BI
- SPC tools
- Industry 4.0 applications
- Basic IT skills:
- MS Office
- Primavera, etc.
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
Candidates with international certifications will be given preference, such as:
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- ASQ-certified professional
Experience Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in quality management within:
- Defence production
- Aerospace
- Automotive
- Heavy engineering industries
- Hands-on experience in:
- Manufacturing
- Rebuild or base overhaul of tracked and wheeled defence vehicles
- MRAPs and MRVs
- Experience in:
- Supplier quality management
- Risk management
- International collaboration
Pay Package
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
Contract Duration
- Initial contract for 3 years
- Extendable for one additional year based on performance
